Take Me Back Cafe in Paris

Had a fantastic Meal in a relaxed cafe atmosphere our waitress was the best with service and genuine charm! Delicious Old School Southern Catfish Steak dinner.This is a meal that you rarely find anymore.!! Will be back!!

Had breakfast here with my husband about 3 months ago and I loved the fresh cooked bacon, eggs and pancakes plates with the endless supply of fresh hot coffee and good country service

First time I had been here, but really enjoyed it. Food was excellent. Atmosphere was great. Nostalgia decorations on wall. Hope you like Elvis. His pics are everywhere.

Good place to eat have a good breakfast special and it has some great fish fillet

I love the food and service they provide here. Always friendly wait staff and they treat you like family. The best breakfast in town, in my opinion. We have a very large family and they have always accommodated us. Even rearranging the dining room. Our family easily takes up half of the dining area! Keep up the great work!

Like the name says... It takes you back. Oldies on the radio. Good service. Clean restaurant. Great breakfast! Everything you could want in a traditional diner.

These were some really good pancakes. So thick but yet so fluffy. Would have been a 5 star of they would serve then with real butter instead of margarine. My husband had the meat lovers omelet and he said that was really good also. You sure don't leave hungry.

Eggs were dry , meat wasn’t cooked fully and was tuff and too chewy . Waitress didn't come back to see if I wanted anymore coffee. Bathrooms were disgusting.

Take Me Back Cafe has long been a favorite of my family. You just can’t go wrong here. Service is always great, and the food even better. If you ever have any problems at all, simply let the owner know and he will always make it right. My favorites? The catfish and the brisket. My wife loves the honey-fried chicken.

Don’t know why we stayed. We walked in the door and the floor was littered with dirty napkins, toothpicks and other assorted items. The floor was also in a desperate need for mopping as was the wall where our table was and that was the cleanest table we could find. We were never greeted by anyone, seated ourselves, and had to ask for menus as no one approached us.I had a cheeseburger 🍔 and my wife had the ultimate grilled cheese 🧀 sandwich 🥪. They were tasty. No one came by after having the food delivered to our table. The bathroom was only slightly better than the eating area.We liked the food but would not go back. The cleanliness of this establishment is a major issue.

Fish was rubbery and not good. Club sandwich’s were better. Will not be back.
